Highlights & Current Status

George Nozuka sings, dances, plays piano, guitar and harmonica. Most of his choreography was taught by Roger Chau, well known South-East Asian Dancer. He released his first album Believe in 2006. He co-wrote all of the songs on his album. It took a full year to record in Toronto, Los Angeles and Sweden with a number of producers, including Perry Alexander, Roy “RH3” Hamilton and Anthony M. Jones. A special edition of “Believe” was also released in Japan in July 2007.  ”Last Time”, the third single from Canadian pop star George Nozuka’s smash hit first album, Believe.  ”Last Time” peaked #1 on the Much Music DAILY 10 after only being released a few months before.

Five songs from the freshman album of George were released as singles in Canada. George has been working with member of the boy band Backstreet Boys Howie Dorough for his second studio album.

On March 3, 2011 George’s brother, Justin Nozuka, stated on his twitter, “p.s. – George is coming out with a new album soon… it WILL be a special special piece.” George won the Canadian Radio Music Award for “Best New Group or Solo Artist” category.
